Risk of Loss

All items purchased from DPSShop are made pursuant to a supplier and shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the supplier and then you upon their delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

DPSShop attempts to be as accurate as possible. DPSShop does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by DPSShop itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition to the supplier.


Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier and may include the cost of the postage, dispatch, courier and handling fee.

With respect to items sold by DPSShop, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be mispriced. Returns Policy

DPS Shop is an on-seller of products and services and will not accept returns nor reimburse the cost of unwanted goods. Please discuss returns policy with the specific supplier.

If the goods are received in a condition which makes them unreadable (such as water damage) then receiver needs to contact DPS Publishing within 10 days of the purchase.
Allow up to 14 days for replacement of goods. DPS may request that the goods are returned to DPS Publishing for assessment before a replacement publication is returned to the customer.
